Terms of Service
This Terms of Service applies to AdoptAISecurely.com, a website and service of CYBERSIT LLC.
Effective Date: 06/01/2026Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at adoptaisecurely.com (the “Site”), operated by CYBERSIT LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Scope — Website Use Only
These Terms apply solely to your use of this Site and to the informational content, resources, and contact forms made available through it. These Terms do not govern any paid services provided by CYBERSIT LLC. Any information technology, cybersecurity, managed services, consulting, or other professional services we provide are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties (for example, a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or service order). Nothing on this Site and nothing in these Terms modifies, amends, supplements, or supersedes any such signed agreement, and in the event of any conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Informational Purposes Only — No Professional Advice
All content on this Site, including articles, descriptions of our capabilities, downloadable guides, checklists, and other resources, is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as:
- A cybersecurity assessment, audit, penetration test, or risk evaluation of your environment.
- Professional, technical, legal, regulatory, compliance, or insurance advice.
- A guarantee that following any suggestion will prevent a security incident, breach, data loss, or business interruption.
Cybersecurity outcomes depend on facts specific to each organization. You should engage qualified professionals to evaluate your particular circumstances before acting on anything you read here.
No Client Relationship
Using the Site, submitting our contact form, requesting a consultation, or downloading a resource does not create a client, advisory, or contractual services relationship between you and CYBERSIT LLC. A services relationship begins only when both parties execute a written agreement.
Contact Form Submissions
When you submit our contact form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you represent that you are authorized to provide any business contact information you submit. Please do not transmit confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information, security vulnerability details, credentials, or regulated data (such as protected health information or payment card data) through the Site’s contact form or by unencrypted email. Information you submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and any SMS/text messaging is additionally governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Downloadable Resources — Limited License
Where we make guides, kits, templates, checklists, or similar materials available for download, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use one copy for your own internal business or personal reference. You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Resell, license, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the materials.
- Republish, redistribute, or post the materials publicly or on any other website or platform.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
- Represent the materials as your own work or as a work product prepared for a third party.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, layout, design, logos, service marks, and the CyberSit name and branding — are owned by CYBERSIT LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own internal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including reproduction, framing, scraping, data mining, or the creation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server infrastructure, or any connected system or network.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach or circumvent any security, authentication, or rate-limiting measure, without our express prior written authorization.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious or destructive code.
- Use automated means to submit our forms, or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including another person’s contact details or phone number without their permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or incorporate third-party websites, tools, and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of any third party. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERSIT LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content is current, complete, or accurate.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERSIT LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM IT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to services provided under a separately signed agreement, which contains its own liability provisions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CYBERSIT LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submission of information through the Site, or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute is the state or federal courts located in Ocean County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Effective Date” and will be effective as soon as it is posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
