SMS Terms & Conditions

This SMS Terms & Conditions applies to AdoptAISecurely.com, a website and service of CYBERSIT LLC.

Program Description

By submitting your mobile phone number through the CYBERSIT LLC contact form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from CYBERSIT LLC. Messages may include:

  • Responses to customer service inquiries.
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations.
  • Account or service update notifications.
  • Occasional promotional offers regarding our information technology and cybersecurity services.
  • One-time verification codes (OTP)
  • Security alerts regarding my account or network (e.g., suspicious login activity)

This is a recurring mixed-use messaging program (transactional and, where applicable, promotional content), registered under the Low Volume Mixed use case with The Campaign Registry. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and cannot be guaranteed to occur on a fixed schedule.

Cost and Frequency

Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier and mobile plan. Message frequency varies.

Opt-In

You consent to receive SMS messages from CYBERSIT LLC by voluntarily checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form and submitting your mobile phone number. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from CYBERSIT LLC.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from CYBERSIT LLC at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you may sign up again through our contact form as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
